Scott has been in the finance-insurance-collision industry for 25 plus years.  Scott serves at Kemper Auto as AVP of APD Product Development, Strategy, and Innovation after serving over 24 years with Liberty Mutual/Safeco as Vice President of Claims, APD - Global Retail Markets. During his time at Safeco/Liberty Mutual he managed over 4.1 billion dollars in spend, encompassed a staff of US and international (Europe and Brazil) employees, partnered with 3200 shop partners, and worked collaboratively on product development and digital transformation.
